Dentro de los 30 d\u00edas, deber\u00e1 proporcionar el correo electr\u00f3nico del recibo o la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico utilizada para la compra (si el correo electr\u00f3nico es diferente del correo electr\u00f3nico de la cuenta). Para iniciar el proceso de reembolso, env\u00edenos un correo electr\u00f3nico a <span draggable=\"true\"><a href=\"mailto:support@timelylegacy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-haspopup=\"menu\">support@timelylegacy.com<\/a><\/span> y explique el motivo o los problemas en detalle. Si se aprueba, se le reembolsar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente en su m\u00e9todo de pago original en un plazo de 10 d\u00edas laborables.
