Return Policy

Here at Timely Legacy, your satisfaction is our highest priority. So we have a simple 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after making the payment for a product. Within the 30 days, you must provide the receipt email or the email address used for the purchase (if the email is different from the account email). To start the refund process, please send an email to us at support@timelylegacy.com and explain the reason or issues in detail. Please keep the email professional and constructive so that we can improve our product lines.

Exceptions / non-returnable status
If the return request exceeds 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept refund request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and provide a response with 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@timelylegacy.com  so that we can check with our payment provider.
